What to Expect

  • 1. Secure Your Spot

    Fill out my inquiry form to tell me all about your business and anything special you’re hoping to create. From there, I’ll send over the details on how we’ll move forward.

    Once we’re ready to roll, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for your first payment.

    This locks in your design spot, so we’re all set to dive in!

  • 2. Pre-Design Homework

    1 month before your design week, you’ll get a pre-design homework package. This includes a Pinterest mood board exercise and a questionnaire to dig into your brand vibes, goals, ideal clients, and style. You’ll also gather all photos and write your website copy. Having this ready in advance ensures everything’s in place for your design week.

  • 3. Design Week Begins

    When your design week kicks off, we’re off to the races! With everything set, I’ll work through your site’s transformation, keeping you updated and involved each step of the way.

  • 4. Launch & Post Launch

    Once design is completed, I will connect your domain and get it ready to go live!

    You will have 2 weeks of web support after project is completed.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! Website design and branding is a huge investment.

    Custom Website design Packages are split in 2 payment installments.

    50% due at booking to secure your design spot and begin the planning process (this amount is non-refundable). The remaining 50% will be due before design commences.

  • One-page Website Design is a 5-7 day service.

    Multi-page Website Design is a 10-day service.

    This timeline is ideal for service providers. If you have a product-based business, we may need to customize your package and timeline based on how many products need to be listed.

  • To ensure your design day is successful you will need to do the following things:

    • Complete the brand questionnaire.

    • Gather all of your brand assets: images, videos, logos, and brand kit, share them with me in our project manager.

    • You will need to write the copy (words) for your site. (I provide some guidance for this)

    • Complete Pinterest Mood Board Exercise.

  • I specialize in Squarespace and Wix, we can discuss which option would work best for your business.

    If you are on another platform and need a redesign I’m open to checking out your site to see if I can help you!

  • You can add more pages for $550/page.

    • You are responsible for purchasing your Squarespace Business Plan (When the design process is over - you will get 20% off discount from me if a NEW subscription)

    • You are responsible for purchasing your legal documents for the site (Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.)

    • You are responsible for purchasing a domain name through Squarespace or through a third-party.

    • (If needed) You are responsible for any additional plugins or services that are needed for specialized websites like a directory or maintenance. (NOT TYPICAL FOR A STANDARD WEBSITE)

    • Optional: Google Workspace - a professional domain-based email (example: yourname@yourbusiness.com)

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require a 2 week notice.
